VPNUK Review & Test 2024 - Keep in Mind Before Buying

Our Score: 6.6/10
Ranked 156th out of 305 VPNs
Kristina Perunicic Updated on 18th January 2024 Managing Editor

When you choose VPNUK, you can choose from two basic types of account. You can get a shared IP account, which is a popular option with a dynamic IP. You can have up to six users on this account, and you will have unfettered access to all the servers. In addition, there is a dedicated IP account. This provides a unique static IP that only you will ever use.

We were pleased to find that VPNUK can unblock Netflix, too.

Overall, we’ve found that VPNUK is reliable and fast, but still has a long way to go to catch up with premium VPN providers.

Reasons to Consider VPNUK

The company has more than 103 servers in 30 countries around the world. You can buy accounts that are for your personal use or that have multiple access options, so you can share them with family and friends. One of the nice things about this is that you can share the account with people who are located anywhere in the world, not just your area.

Users will have access to all the servers and several protocols. You can use PPTP, L2TP and IPSec, IKEv2 and OpenVPN. You do not have to worry about any bandwidth restrictions when you are using VPNUK services, and they promise not to throttle connection speeds. We’ve found that this is the case, as the speeds are very fast. It could be a good service for those who want a VPN for streaming gaming.

One of the advantages of this service is its non-invasive approach, as it refrains from monitoring or tracking your usage. As a result, users can enjoy enhanced anonymity while utilizing their accounts, be it during travel or when connecting to the internet through a hotspot. This added layer of security helps safeguard personal information from potential hackers and individuals with ulterior motives seeking to monitor online activities.

Privacy is of the utmost importance with VPNUK, and that’s why you are always in charge of your account. The company doesn’t have access to the account, and they will not follow your activities. If you need some help though, you can utilize the support options. You can get access to live support, or you can put in an email ticket for help. Both options will connect you with a staff that can take care of your issues quickly. Setup guides are available as well.

This service works with all your devices including Windows, Mac, iPhone, iPod, Linus, and more. You can also utilize routers and smart televisions.

Getting an Account

You have several options for your account – shared IP or dedicated IP – and you can even use a free 7-day trial to get a better idea of how everything works. This is a high-quality VPN with great customer service and features. You can try it and find out for yourself.

But first, take a look at better alternatives like ExpressVPN to see just how much they improve your surfing experience. Or, if you need a VPN for Netflix, take a look at the best services for streaming instead.

It works!

Been using it for over 10 years, changed to dedicated IP 2 years ago as some of the shared IPs were being blocked by some sites. Never had problems with the connection since and always got good help when needed from the support.

Rubbish rubbish

VPN stops working on a regular basis. Not even the dedicated plan works decently. Customer service is rubbish and totally incompetent unless they are sharing a dedicated server among multiple users. Their best answer is to blame every issue on the client.
