In my tests, I barely noticed I was connected to a VPN during my LoL games. Moreover, Lightway Turbo has even faster speeds, but it’s available on Windows only.

Another great option is WireGuard. It’s lightweight and moves data fast, so there isn't much lag when you play multiplayer games. However, it’s not the safest one. NordLynx, NordVPN’s version of WireGuard, adds an extra layer of privacy without slowing things down, so you get speed and safety together.
