Anonymizer claims to be the “oldest personal VPN service provider and global leader in online privacy, anonymity, and identity protection solutions". They continue to strive to provide their customers with the best possible VPN service, and their pro package offers a number of quality features that people want and need through a VPN.

There is unlimited bandwidth and connection speed. You can browse and surf as much as you like while being protected from hackers and while remaining anonymous. One of the best features of the company is their zero logging policy. They do not keep any records whatsoever of your online activity.

Anonymizer also happens to work with a number of different devices. You can use it on your Windows machines as well as on your Mac or Linux-based computer. It will also work with iOS and Android, so you can use the VPN while you are mobile.

If you are considering getting the service through Anonymizer, you might want to use their 14-day free trial first. It includes everything that normally comes with their pro package. However, those who go through the trial are required to use the Amsterdam exit node.

Getting set up and running is very easy. Once you download the system, all it takes is a single click to connect to the VPN. Then, you will be surfing anonymously, and since you can take it with you on your mobile devices, you don’t have to worry about hackers who are in Wi-Fi hotspots waiting for people without any security on their devices. Even those who do not have any technical knowhow can install the program and get started without any issues. Of course, if you do have issues, you can always contact the support team.

The company has a support team based in the United States that is available around the clock. They try to respond to all of their support questions within just two hours of receiving them, so you should have an answer to your question quickly.

Using the VPN service can help to protect you from hackers whether you are at home or on unsecured Wi-Fi. It keeps you safe from tracking of your online activity, as well as government oversite. With Anonymizer, you can visit the sites that you want to visit.

The company has been in business since 1995, and for decades they have been working to improve their service and the level of anonymity they can provide. A part of this comes from the proprietary technology that they have in use.

Great product and fast response time to staff

I have been using Anonymizer since the "free trial" period when it was launched . . . I have found it to be accurate, timely and, most of all, when there is a glitch, the staff is very responsive to my emails and my calls. There have been times of glitches with changes, etc., but never anything to cause me to want to change products.

Goes on and off w/o warning; very slow

Past week has been real decline in usefulness and speed. After a looooong wait, pages cannot load. Protection shuts off frequently & then restores/reconnects Service suggested changing one setting. Worked one day, now back to problems. Have used for years. This past week has been so much trouble that I am researching alternatives. Not an IT person so change would be a hassle...but I'm getting fed up.

No customer servies available?

No customer services, so nothing was solved. It worked for the first month, then started having problems connecting. I asked for assistance via email for a few months, but the customer service were not available, not responding to my email to solve my problems. After 4 month later, I deleted the icons. Wasted the year membership:/
