When it comes to Hideway VPN, you are not going to find a lot of frills, and for many users, that is perfectly fine. It provides a barebones approach to a VPN service, but it is good at what it does. It can help to provide truly concealed identities for those who are surfing on the web and it allows users to access sites that might be restricted in their home country. Hideway is less concerned with streaming, though. If you want a VPN that can unblock Netflix, I would choose NordVPN instead.

NordVPN is a more powerful, all-in-one VPN that offers unrivaled protection. Simple to use and incredible value, NordVPN easily outdoes Hideway VPN in every measure.

Hideway wants people to be able to access the web the way they want, and it dislikes censorship. That’s one of the main reasons it has been giving out free VPN subscriptions to bloggers in Turkey. It wants to make sure these bloggers remain safe and that they can have access to everything the web offers.

However, it still does a very good job of keeping people anonymous when they are on the web. Another benefit is the fact that it allows users to torrent while they are completely hidden. This makes it very popular for those who are looking for a VPN that is P2P friendly. It does not store any logs and it ensures that all customer data is safe and secure.

Customer Support

The company does have customer support. However, it is important to realize that it is limited. You can contact the company via its email ticket support. It tries to respond quickly, but it could take 24 hours or more. Therefore, if you are using Hideway VPN, it is a good idea to make sure that you write your question as clearly as possible and include all relevant information, just so you can get things taken care of as quickly as can be.

Package Options

You have a couple of options available when you are choosing a plan through Hideway VPN. You could choose a 10GB, 50GB, 75GB, or 150GB plan. For some, this will be more than enough data. However, for many others out there, the best option would be the unlimited data plan. We’ve found that overall, the speed is fast and the service is good for this company. It could be a good VPN for your needs.

Hideway VPN has plenty of benefits to make it a good choice, namely its dedication to keeping you safe and hidden on the web. Its service will give you the protection and anonymity you need while you are online.

That doesn’t mean we recommend signing up. Before you make a decision, check out our top 10 providers to compare their much better value packages and easy-to-use VPNs. Or, take a look at the best VPNs for Netflix to get some VPN recommendations that are better for streaming.

In the beginning, transfer was very fast and everything was stable but after some time clients started to stop working in random moments without any warning/error (which is very unfortunate) and at least once a month it has a problem with the license key - reinstall doesn't always fix this problem.

I downloaded Hideaway then decided to buy it. The day I bought it and put the key in the computer crashed twice and then wanted to update and recycled 40 seconds at a time and just kept trying to update. Never had a worse experience with any other program. Deleted it and asked for a refund.

Heel snel geen vertragingen, What do the results of this test mean? The servers identified above receive a request to resolve a domain name (e.g. eff.org) to an IP address every time you enter a website address in your browser. The owners of the servers above have the ability to associate your personal IP address with the names of all the sites you connect to and store this data indefinitely. This does not mean that they do log or store it indefinitely but they may and you need to trust whatever their policy says. If you are connected to a VPN service and ANY of the servers listed above are not provided by the VPN service then you have a DNS leak and are choosing to trust the owners of the above servers with your private data.
