Expat Surfer does a fair job of helping those who need access to UK IP addresses, but if you want a more options you'll need a premium service like PrivateVPN.

The goal of Expat Surfer is to help those who used to live in the UK to get a VPN service that provides them with an IP address in the UK. This will allow you to watch all the same shows that you watched before and it allows you to have more freedom on the web without all the censorship and restrictions.

In some locations, the Internet service providers will monitor your activity online. They might try to throttle your access to the web, or they might report your online activities to government agencies, just because you are trying to visit sites their government doesn’t like. With the Expat Surfer VPN, you can eliminate this monitoring. They will have no idea what you are doing online. In fact, no one will.

The service also provides you with extra security and encryption, which is a good deterrent for hackers, who are a serious problem today. It’s time that you choose to use Expat Surfer so you can visit all the sites you want, including the ones that have been blocked by your ISP. When you use the service, you can increase your freedom and safety while you are out and using public WiFi hotspots as well. It works with all the major operating systems including Windows and Mac OSX.

Support

You can find many of the answers to your questions right through the Expat Surfer FAQ on their site. They have answers to many of the most common questions. They also have a contact form you can use to submit questions. You will receive an email response. They will usually respond to you within 24 hours.

Packages

You won’t find a lot of options with Expat Surfer. They try to keep things as simple as possible. You can choose a single month plan, or you can buy a plan for the entire year. The one that you choose will likely depend on how long you will be out of the country. They accept payment through PayPal, MasterCard, Maestro, Visa, Direct Debit, and American Express.

Of course, you probably want to see how it all works first. Unlike some other companies out there, Expat Surfer has a free trial. The two-day trial provides you with access to the service to see if it is what you need. You still need to enter payment details, but you will not be charged for 48 hours. If you find out that it’s not for you, just cancel.

If you are from the UK and will be out of the country, there is a lot to love about Expat Surfer. Check them out and try them today. This way, you don’t have to miss your favorite shows.

For everybody outside the UK that needs access without boundaries, you can get a free trial of PrivateVPN to browse and stream content from the UK and more.

Communication unreliability

Very disappointing. Technically the product is pretty reliable but support and help is sadly very bad. I have sent numerous enquiries and never get a response or someone to answer a phone when I dial them up in the UK. Just a message saying' 'Call back later' ..not even a please. Im looking for an alternative VPN. I'm trying to get my money back.
