    I subscribe to the service on a promo rate to test out what they offered; unfortunately, the speeds we... re incredibly slow. This led me to cancel the subscription and while my subscription and subsequent services did end after the 30 day period I paid for, they charged me five times the promo amount without authorization. I’ve reached out via their ticket system for support, but they have failed to reach back to me at this time.More
