Headquartered in Sweden, PRQ is a specialized hosting and internet service provider that also offers VPN service. They have extensive experience with hosting controversial websites and have a firm belief in freedom of speech. There isn't any information on whether or not it unblocks Netflix.

They provide VPN connections under their Tunnel service, which supports the OpenVPN protocol. This service allows you to get a public static IP address with your own reverse DNS and can be used to bypass filters or surveillance at your ISP, allowing you to remain anonymous. Any attempts to trace your IP address will only lead to their company.

The VPN service works with most ISPs and operating systems. However, they recommend that you use Linux or BSD as your operating system for the best functionality.

You can use your connection for anything you wish, including running your own e-mail server when port 25 (SMTP) is blocked by your ISP. In fact, you can host any type of server you want through your connection, as long as it is not used for SPAM as they have a zero tolerance policy against SPAM. Logging is only done to the extent required for troubleshooting, and they do not keep any data traffic logs whatsoever.

Support is provided by a team with a solid background in hardware, security, computer networking, and software. Most of the team has been online for over 10 years and can assist you with anything you need regarding your VPN connection.

PRQ accepts wire transfer, Bitcoin, and Bankgiro as payment methods. You also get discounts of 20 percent off all fees when purchasing 12 months ahead of time and 10 percent off when purchasing 6 months ahead of time. Otherwise, payment for their Tunnel service is by monthly advance invoice (20 days net). You also must provide at least 1-month prepayment before the service is delivered.

The lowest cost package offers one static IPv4 address, a 64-bit IPv6 prefix, your own reverse DNS records, and 512 Kbps of bandwidth. The second package offers one static IPv4 address, a 64-bit IPv6 prefix, your own reverse DNS records, and 10 Mbps of available bandwidth. The third and final package offers one static IPv4 address, a 64-bit IPv6 prefix, your own reverse DNS records, and 30 Mbps of available bandwidth.

Our opinion? For less restrictions on functionality, we suggest choosing a premium vendor like ExpressVPN. They have built their own completely multi-homed support network with the size necessary both to handle large DDoS assaults and to deliver outstanding connectivity to clients. They can provide bandwidth ranging from a few Mbps to several hundred Mbps.
