AirVPN and IVPN provide high-standard security features and a strict no-logging policy. Both are high-speed VPNs that allow multiple device connections. Also, various payment methods, including cryptocurrency, are available for even more privacy. However, they have some significant differences.

For example, only IVPN has live chat support. But, AirVPN is a better choice for torrenting, as it allows port forwarding and P2P sharing on all servers, while IVPN blocks P2P activity on its US servers. Both have a rather limited server network and aren’t that great for streaming. Read on to discover which one comes out on top.

AirVPN is slightly more expensive per month than IVPN but offers generous discounts on long-term plans. Luckily, both VPNs include a money-back guarantee, so you can get a refund if you feel you didn’t make the right choice. Find out which one comes out as the winner in this comparison.

AirVPN is a budget-friendly option that claims to provide robust protection against online threats. Plus, it says it offers high-performance servers. But can it really rival the top VPNs, or is the price so low because it’s not that good? After testing all its features, I found that AirVPN is secure, but it can't match the best VPNs. It has many great security features, solid speeds and works...

I am AirVpn cusomers since 2015, and on my gear works remarkably well

I am working in the biggest country in Asia since 2006. I constantly use AirVpn on my MacBook Pro sinc... e 2015, and on my iPhone - iPad. I never had an issue, of any kind, with it, and I was quite amazed to read the article above. Lately, it is very difficult to get it properly run on iPhone and iPad, but this is more the result of this country where I live in restrictions than the vpn in itself. While in Hong Kong was still working fine, but as soon as I crossed the border troubles started. I will tweak that as soon as I will be out again. In the rest of the world, I never had issues. So I do not give the 5th star just because of my at present troubles using it on my iPhone and iPad. For the rest, I will stick with it.More

    14 Eyes country

Italy is a 14 Eyes country and that is enough reason to not buy AirVPN. No servers in Russia, so you c... ant bypass the Western censorship of Russian media. VPN should be about bypassing censorship, but this is not the case with AirVPN.More

Established in Gibraltar in 2009, IVPN is focused on security, privacy, and standing against surveillance marketing tactics. I’d say this is a perfect VPN for enthusiastic privacy beginners — no leaks, no logs, you don't even need to submit your email address to sign up. IVPN is not great for streaming, but Peacock TV is available from the US servers. You should get a premium VPN that excel...

    The best vpn

IVPN is a great VPN. It is the best vpn for privacy and transparency. The only negative is that it is ... expensive compared to most VPNs. I thought it didn't work with US Netflix but I was wrong - it always opens Netflix. Who wants a vpn that takes care of the client's privacy, don't think anything - IVPN is for him!!!! Annual third-party audits, transparency report, canary, ethics, legal guidelines, transparency and publicity of the team (names of employees and the exact location of the company's headquarters), the way to open an ID account (they don't ask for an e-mail) - all this says that this is a good VPN.More

    IVPN Trial is a scam

Beware of the trial period scam. Even after logging out and uninstalling the VPN client, you are unab... le to cancel the trial before your credit card is charged. We attempted to contact IVPN via several means, but they have failed to respond. Now we will have to dispute the charges through our credit card provider. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!More

    Best VPN by Category

    Best VPN Overall

While IVPN seems enticing with extra features like an ad blocker and Double VPN, AirVPN has a better overall service. AirVPN includes powerful security features like the AES 256-bit encryption and OpenVPN protocol, and it’s faster and more reliable than IVPN.

    Best VPN for Torrents

AirVPN is better for torrenting. It allows P2P sharing on all its servers, while IVPN supports it only on its non-US servers. Plus, AirVPN allows port forwarding on up to 20 ports simultaneously, which can significantly speed up data transfers.

    Best VPN for Windows

Although its desktop app might look outdated at first glance, AirVPN is still better for Windows than IVPN. That’s because AirVPN has many advanced settings for additional security and better speeds. There’s also an option to reset all settings to default, so those who are not as tech-savvy can experiment without risk.

    Best VPN for Android

AirVPN’s native Android app is called Eddie, and you can download it directly from the Play Store. It’s similar to the Windows app and includes the same features, plus there are text captions explaining what each feature does. IVPN, on the other hand, lacks Multi-Hop and Anti-Tracker options on Android, which is why AirVPN is better.

    Best VPN for Mac

AirVPN is better than IVPN for Mac users because it has many rich features and personalization options. IVPN is also a good option for those seeking a simple and more basic service.

    Best VPN for iOS

As AirVPN doesn’t have a native app for iOS devices, IVPN is a better choice here. While there are guides to help you manually configure AirVPN for your iOS device, it’s not worth the hassle.

    Best VPN for USA

AirVPN has more servers in the US, so it’s a better option for avoiding server congestion and accessing some American content. Neither VPN reliably unblocks all popular US streaming services.

    The Bottom Line

It's safe to say that both AirVPN and IVPN are good options, but there can be only one winner. After extensive checks and investigations, our analysis shows AirVPN to be the clear victor. Point-for-point on features, pricing, ease of use and reliability, AirVPN comes out on top. This come down to a key number of benefits starting with coverage, AirVPN covers more countries with a higher server density, providing you with a reliable and fast solution. If you're looking for regionally diverse accessibility, then AirVPN is the better option with higher country coverage, a greater number of servers and Linux support. Add to that a clear price point advantage and greater flexibility in service configuration, and AirVPN is definitely the better option of the two.
