VyprVPN has been top-class for years. It’s known for its powerful security features, fast speeds, and compatibility with Mac, Android, iOS, and more. But recently, I've seen many people claim that the service has gaps in its online protection.
So, I carried out in-depth tests to see if VyprVPN is safe. I began by testing its security features and deep diving into its privacy policy. I also put ...

Chameleon is Amazing
I tried CyberGhost, Express, and Nord VPN over the last month. None of these were able to get by my in... stitution's Fortigate Firewall doing Deep Packet Inspection scanning. They are using some sort of Obfuscation technique but they were not good enough.
I read about VyprVpn's Chameleon protocol. YES... It worked !!!! I do have to sacrifice speed but at least I get outside access. When I am out of that environment, I switch back to Wireguard and the speed increases 300%. The price is great, their Live chat was great when I questioned their own DNS servers. They were easy to reach with the chat and took the time to explain how their DNS servers worked.
I highly recommend VyprVPN !!!More

I don't have time to...
The company behind VyprVPN, Goldenfrog claims to have taken steps to improve its reliability, security... , and quality of service. I'm not sure when they said this, however, in 2022, reliability and QoS are going downhill quickly.
I've been using Vypr for over a year with the software installed and executing on each PC. Everything worked relatively well until about three months ago when I began experiencing frequent and intermittent connectivity issues. Thinking that my 10-year-old router might be the cause, I installed a new TPLink router with all the latest technology
After many hours of side-by-side testing with two computers on the same LAN, I have observed that a PC with the VPN turned off had 100% connectivity while a PC using Vypr had the issues. I have adjusted Vypr to use various protocols and TAP adaptors with no success in improving the QoS. As such, I'm convinced that my PCs and LAN are operating as they should.
Further, from the beginning, I configured Vypr to always connect to a server in Canada. Every time I boot my PC I use "whatismyip.com" to make sure that the PC is operating through the Vypr. About half the time it connects to a server in the USA and yet the software says that it is connected to Canada. I use a couple of business online services with geolocation services that require a Canada connection so I also know when Vypr connects to the USA when I am blocked from logging in to one of the business services. IT's really annoying when the software says it's connected to Canada and yet it is not.
The biggest annoyance is that I now find I have to check my external IP every time I boot a device. Why should I have to do this? I've used other VPNs and they just worked all the time. I never had to keep checking them to make sure they are working correctly.
I've also done security testing to make sure there are no IP or DNS leaks or any other issues and it appears that Vypr lives up to its reputation of being secure. If the service would operate consistently so that I don't have to always check it or disconnect and reconnect to force a Canada server, I could give Vypr 5 stars.
Overall it's not a bad service, however, if the QoS continues to degrade, I may be forced to go back to one of the other VPNs that I've used. I don't have time to "handhold" VyprVPN.More

VPN.Asia provides complete privacy for their users and ensures that all the data is “invisible" thanks to their 256-bit encryption. Like our #1 recommended VPN, ExpressVPN, VPN.Asia provide a highly secure service, and they do not keep any logs, which can provide truly anonymous downloading and peer-to-peer sharing. You will no longer have to face ISP limitations with VPN.Asia. Surf the sites yo...

So much better then other providers
Besides the fact that it's so easy to manipulate reviews on this website, I thought it only fair to gi... ve a real review. VPN.asia is a perfect mix of being cheap and working well. What I also love is their mission to help people in Asia overcome restrictions that are imposed upon them.
Fantastic VPN, don't believe all the fake negative reviews, they are great and totally worth the money!More

Was OK until they changed their software, support was no help
I purchased a lifetime subscription 2/2017 for $39.99...everything worked pretty well, though over tim... e a few of their servers disappeared. None of those were servers I was connecting to so that was not a downer for me. Around 7/2019 they had a pop-up whenever I logged on to download their new software. For a while I didn't download it because the old software was working fine, but I eventually did & tried it & it didn't work, couldn't connect to any of their servers. The new software installed to a different folder than where the old software was so I was able to still use the old software & that still worked. I wrote support letting them know that the new software wasn't connecting. I sent log files and & they did reply. I got a couple of responses that they would look into the matter & a couple of suggestions-none of them that applied. I also had Windscribe (freeversion) installed on my computer & that was still working. For a few months I kept writing VPNAsia support, they kept asking for logs, I sent them & eventually stopped responding to my requests. But, I could still connect using the old software until 8/2019...that's when they finally stopped supporting the old software. Several support emails from me to them, but when they finally did respond none of their advice was helpful. Then they stopped responding altogether. I just gave up & moved on to another VPN service. I figured I got 2 1/2 years of decent VPN service from VPNAsia for $39.99 or $16 per year. My advice-have reasonable expectations if you purchase a lifetime subscription for any vpn-my lifetime was supposed to run til 2069, yeah right, but then again, it may be fixed by then.
Note-I only used it on a Windows 10 system, never used it on an android or IOS system. Also I gave it 2 stars because I got 2 1/2 years of decent service.More
