PureVPN and Trust.Zone both have a lot to offer. PureVPN is highly customizable and contains a lot of exciting features. However, what Trust.Zone lacks in customization it makes up for in security, anonymity, and speed. Trust.Zone takes your privacy very seriously with a strict no-logs policy. The Trust.Zone website even offers a daily warrant canary – almost an excess of caution since the company is based in Seychelles, beyond the reach of the Five-Eyes countries. Both providers offer a kill switch, 256-bit-encryption, and OpenVPN. While PureVPN offers a greater choice of other tunneling protocols, Trust.Zone focuses on supporting OpenVPN (the strongest protocol), with L2TP/IPSec as an alternative. PureVPN has the larger server network, but Trust.Zone’s network has grown exponentially over the past few years and the growth shows no signs of slowing down. Both offer unlimited bandwidth and no restrictions on speed or downloads. Trust.Zone has faster connections in general and offers a stable and reliable service. Both accept anonymous payment options – in fact, Trust.Zone welcomes BitCoin and offers a discount if you use this payment method.

You can tell from its name that Trust.Zone markets itself as a privacy-friendly VPN. While it doesn't log your data, there have been many complaints about “Trust Zone”. This includes reports of buggy apps and an inadequate refund policy. So, we performed extensive tests on all its features to see if it’s safe, fast, and trustworthy enough to try. After all our tests, we can't say Trust.Zon...

    I really like Trust.Zone VPN

I have been using Trust.Zone VPN for many years and really like it. The software itself is fast and re... sponsive, I do not mind that it does look a little outdated. I would rather have a simple interface that works in real time. Before I had other VPNs which took half a minute to load or froze up all the time. Changing a server only takes like 10 seconds. If you constantly use a VPN this is a huge priority for me. Also it is super affordable and when I download an update the login details are already in the file, so I do need to mess arond with logins. Just install the software and start surfing. Sure, Trust.zone might not be perfect for streaming TV, but I am not using it for that anyway. I stream with free services and they work great. I am happy to discuss any further details, you can contact me via my website: https://yawaia.comMore

    Slow downloads, unreliable

It was very cheap, but the worst thing was it was unreliable, it would simply drop the connection when...  you least expected it. Suspiciously, about 2 months before my subscription expired I got an email - a great new update coming soon. They cut off my access to their service 10 days before my subscription expired - I found that really tacky. Moving on to another service.More

PureVPN is a highly-rated and affordable VPN, but its had its share of controversies. A past incident involving the FBI caused significant damage to its reputation. So, has it done enough to improve its policies since then? To find out, I did a deep dive into its privacy policy and everything else it offers. I also tested its speeds, thoroughly explored its server network, examined its securit...

An excellent value, all things considered

While they will absolutely throttle p2p in most servers, it's easy to find and log into the p2p server... s. They responded promptly when I had questions (although once it was basically to say "sorry, tough luck"). Overall though, I think I paid something like $20 for a year's subscription - I really can't complain. I'm sold on the service, although I think the fact that it's based out of HK is a bit spooky. 9/10More

Not Private! They cooperate with FBI! Application will NOT CLOSE (only minimizes)

PureVPN COOPERATES WITH FBI INVESTIGATIONS! You can verify this with any search! PureVPN REQUIRES ... USERS TO PROVIDE REAL NAME TO USE THE SERVICE! VPN Does NOT Support Close Application, Against Windows Standards! Close Actually Minimizes and it Keeps Running. Company refuses to change this back (used to operate correctly) A clear violation of your rights as owner of your PC.More

    Best VPN by Category

    Best VPN Overall

PureVPN has the larger server network, more customization options, and a greater number of features. Trust.Zone, however, takes privacy, security, and anonymity ultra-seriously, is easy to use, and has advanced features such as port changing. Both can bypass geoblocks, including those on Netflix, and offer secure, stable connections across their networks.

    Best VPN for Torrents

PureVPN and Trust.Zone both support torrenting across their networks. However, while PureVPN restricts P2P activities to specific servers, Trust.Zone places no restrictions on torrenting or any P2P file sharing on its network.

    Best VPN for Windows

Trust.Zone and PureVPN both work well on the Windows operating system. While PureVPN offers a greater number of features, including browser extensions, Trust.Zone is the easier VPN to set up and use, and it’s supported by a better approach to data protection and privacy.

    Best VPN for Android

Both PureVPN and Trust.Zone work effectively on Android devices. While Trust.Zone does not have a native app for this operating system, the VPN is easy to download and set up manually.

    Best VPN for Mac

Both vendors offer native apps for MacOS. They are both easy to install and can be set up in just a few minutes.

    Best VPN for iOS

Trust.Zone and PureVPN can both be used on iOS devices. As with Android, Trust.Zone does not have a native app. However, it is simple to set up, and installation guides and support are available on the website if you need them.

    Best VPN for USA

Trust.Zone and PureVPN both have servers in the United States. While PureVPN has more servers and server locations within the US, TrustZone’s strict no-logging policy and overall approach to privacy mean your data is much safer on its network. Both VPNs can access US Netflix and other US streaming services.

    The Bottom Line

Trust.Zone wins the comparison because of its better approach to security, privacy, and data protection. While Trust.Zone doesn’t have the same variety of features as PureVPN, the features it does have are of the highest quality. Trust.Zone’s network may be smaller, but it is continuing to grow without compromising the provider’s core principles. Trust.Zone also offers good value for your money, coming in at a lower monthly cost than PureVPN, especially with longer subscriptions. While Trust.Zone offers a shorter money-back guarantee than PureVPN, you can get a 3-day free trial without providing any payment details at all.
