We do see an immediate difference between Zenmate and Dot VPN, which is not in Dot VPN's favour. At first glance, Zenmate seems to offer more secure servers and better privacy when compared to Dot VPN. Zenmate VPN focuses on securing any data, such as browsing history, downloads or credit card details. You can be sure of your privacy with Zenmate VPN as your service. Dot VPN does have a website that is easy to use, and their pricing is better than that of Zenmate. Dot VPN also offers Bitcoin as a way of payment and you can pay via email to keep it semiprivate.

ZenMate has been a popular VPN for 10+ years, especially with its free browser extensions. It offers low prices and many appealing features like streaming servers and fast speeds. But none of this matters if it can’t keep you safe, so I decided to find out if it really can. After my tests, I can say ZenMate is a safe VPN offering great value. It works great for streaming, has fast speeds at cl...

    Good experience

No matter your location, using a VPN is important for your online security. I got ZenMate for exactly ... that and I am satisfied with it, especially when it constantly improves its service. Customer support helped me so much and I just wanted to say that I've asked for their help a few times. And every time the support was respectful and fast in their response time. Keep it up!More

    Buggy and Unreliable

Good when it works, with a limited number of available servers. However, 1. Does not always connect ... to the fastest server. 2. On the Mac, it does not automatically connect to a server. 3. On iOS, it does connect automatically BUT does not do so consistently. 4. The Mac app has been buggy and not connecting at all, FOR MONTHS. They still have not fixed it.More

Great VPN, costs only $1.60/month with 3 year package

I really like this VPN service. It is really easy to use and the speeds are usually always as fast as ... my Internet connection. The only things I don't like are the lack of a Windows desktop app (the site says coming soon but its been several years now), and that the Firefox extension no longer works. Also the Android app can be a little buggy and the speeds are slower than on the browser extension. But overall it's a great VPN service, especially considering the price (only $1.60 per month if you purchase the 3 year premium package!)More

    Premium aktif olmuyor

    The Bottom Line

After a more thorough look, we still conclude that you are probably better off using Zenmate VPN if your privacy is important to you and you wish for your data to remain secure. Dot VPN offers good servers for a low price, but their ways of keeping your data private aren’t top-notch. The client you choose depends on your needs, but I easily recommend Zenmate VPN, as good security is usually an important part of making use of a VPN service in the first place.
