Versatile and flexible, but poor technical support
I use several different devices, both for work and play, and with Overplay I can use my computer, my smartphone and my tablet with the same VPN connection at the same time. Tech support, though, needs to improve, and I think a live chat support would make quite a difference.

Poor technical support. No refund after canceling. Unfortunately, I have to give one star. Subscribed for a month, then cancelled on their site after having many problems connecting. Didn’t get a refund , and after contacting them , they said none would be issued. Stay well away from Overplay. Many of my expat friends had the same problem . Ripoff

Wonderful Smart DNS. That's where Unlocator tops the rest.
The VPN is just like the others. In fact, I canceled the VPN and stayed with their Smart DNS service. It is fantastic. Disney Plus, Hulu, Amazon Prime among others. I am using 2 Roku Ultra boxes. Sometimes after watching an episode in Hulu, I do get an error message saying "it seems your using an anonymous proxy please contact customer support.." All I have to do is hit the back button and select the episode. That's it!
The downside is every time my modem's public IP address changes, I have to update it on my cell phone (connect to my wifi) or on my PC. It's no a big trial, since I have the update link bookmarked on both devices.

Completely unresponsive to requests to cancel
It did not work with certain streaming services, so I informed Unlocator.com that I wanted to cancel my subscription. I was advised to wait until the end of the 12-month subscription, that no refunds are issues. I assumed they'd stop trying to collect for the renewal, but this is not the case. I receive regular emails stating that their attempt to collect was denied (thank god). I have written to them three or four times now explaining that I stopped using the service months before it expired, and that I wanted them to stop trying to collect. NO RESPONSE, AND THEY ARE STILL TRYING TO COLLECT. Interesting that there is no phone number or Live Chat window on their site.
