On the surface, NordVPN looks like a really impressive service. It claims to have a huge global server network, the ability to unblock tons of streaming platforms, and iron-clad security and privacy features. Plus, you can get it all for just $3.19/month. That all sounds great, but is there a catch? To find out, I did an in-depth analysis of NordVPN. I tested its speeds and how well it performs...

    The Best of The Best

I simply tested all VPNs looking for cutting-edge online security, I tested the most expensive and the...  most talked about virtual anonymity, none made me as happy as NordVPN, it stands out for several reasons that the much more expensive ones it doesn't have, its double encryption, dedicated IPs, onion VPN, makes NordVPN unique, with almost 6,000 servers around the world and 12 million customers like me, you can see that NordVPN is not playing games with its customers and their online security , it always innovates to keep you more secure day after day, for a fair price in the long term and without sacrificing the speed of your connection, recently Nord is developing a new VPN protocol, Nordlynx a version still under construction derived from the Wireguard protocol, if you want to have a VPN of last security that think how it will make you more secure in the next month NordVPN is the right choice, I am completely thankful for being a customer and for finding what to me is the perfect VPN.More

Average service, some nice features, rubbish support

Basic features work really well. Basically. I liked the feature that when Nord crashes (as it seems to...  do monthly) it will shut other apps so they aren't exposed. My subscription is based in Australia. Found downloads peak at about 1-1.5Mb/s, which is ok as long as you aren't playing online games. Don't go for the frills (though hard not to when they gamify them). I canceled my subscription because I added the Kill switch and then MFA. Nek Minnit I can't even log in. No way to remove the Kill switch without logging in. Uninstalled, reinstalled no joy. Went to the help page, and it redirected me to up my subscription as the only solution. No chatbot where I am. and I don't have an email app so couldn't email help. After a couple of hours of mucking around. Gave up and went to a competitor. Note: if I hadn't played with the security settings, I would still be with Nord. But if I can't log in, it's a dead service to me.More

VPN.Asia provides complete privacy for their users and ensures that all the data is “invisible" thanks to their 256-bit encryption. Like our #1 recommended VPN, ExpressVPN, VPN.Asia provide a highly secure service, and they do not keep any logs, which can provide truly anonymous downloading and peer-to-peer sharing. You will no longer have to face ISP limitations with VPN.Asia. Surf the sites yo...

So much better then other providers

Besides the fact that it's so easy to manipulate reviews on this website, I thought it only fair to gi... ve a real review. VPN.asia is a perfect mix of being cheap and working well. What I also love is their mission to help people in Asia overcome restrictions that are imposed upon them. Fantastic VPN, don't believe all the fake negative reviews, they are great and totally worth the money!More

Was OK until they changed their software, support was no help

I purchased a lifetime subscription 2/2017 for $39.99...everything worked pretty well, though over tim... e a few of their servers disappeared. None of those were servers I was connecting to so that was not a downer for me. Around 7/2019 they had a pop-up whenever I logged on to download their new software. For a while I didn't download it because the old software was working fine, but I eventually did & tried it & it didn't work, couldn't connect to any of their servers. The new software installed to a different folder than where the old software was so I was able to still use the old software & that still worked. I wrote support letting them know that the new software wasn't connecting. I sent log files and & they did reply. I got a couple of responses that they would look into the matter & a couple of suggestions-none of them that applied. I also had Windscribe (freeversion) installed on my computer & that was still working. For a few months I kept writing VPNAsia support, they kept asking for logs, I sent them & eventually stopped responding to my requests. But, I could still connect using the old software until 8/2019...that's when they finally stopped supporting the old software. Several support emails from me to them, but when they finally did respond none of their advice was helpful. Then they stopped responding altogether. I just gave up & moved on to another VPN service. I figured I got 2 1/2 years of decent VPN service from VPNAsia for $39.99 or $16 per year. My advice-have reasonable expectations if you purchase a lifetime subscription for any vpn-my lifetime was supposed to run til 2069, yeah right, but then again, it may be fixed by then. Note-I only used it on a Windows 10 system, never used it on an android or IOS system. Also I gave it 2 stars because I got 2 1/2 years of decent service.More

Final Verdict — A Fast and Extremely Secure VPN NordVPN has plenty to offer, from fast speeds to optimized servers and speedy, reliable connections for lag-free streaming. It offers excellent security features like AES 256-bit encryption and a strict no-logs policy to keep you safe online. It’s also easy to use, has an intuitive app interface, and is compatible with a wide range of devices. And when it comes to support, NordVPN is quick to respond with helpful and friendly answers. Its biggest downfalls for me were the long connection times and that it’s slightly more complicated to use for torrenting than other VPNs. On top of that, I had difficulty finding the right servers for gaming. However, despite these slight downsides, NordVPN is great value for money. Fast speeds with 5,939 servers in 60 countries Privacy – no logs of user activity 6 simultaneous connections Works with Netflix, (HBO) Max,
