Upon first glance, both PureVPN and ProXPN look to be excellent choices for a VPN network. Both give you multiple devices per license, have servers in many countries across the globe, and give you time to claim your money back if you change your mind. However, look a bit deeper and you’ll see that their offerings are quite different. For example, whilst ProXPN has a respectable numbers of servers worldwide, PureVPN has a much larger amount spread across an equally impressive number of countries. PureVPN is cheaper than PureVPN, yet you still get 5 devices per license and it is useable in China, compared with only 3 for ProXPN and no access from China. ProXPN does, however, offer you a 30-day money back guarantee, compared with PureVPN’s 7 days.

Used to be good, but apparently out of business nowI have had a "lifetime" subscription for many years and they used to be a really good option and worked well, but trying to go to their website today (2/6/2021) shows that the SSL certificate expired 24 days ago and the client will no longer connect. I guess I'm going shopping for a new VPN provider...
PureVPN is a premium service that operates 2,000+ servers in 140+ countries. It offers unlimited bandwidth, P2P compatibility, and high-end security features including military-level encryption and port forwarding.
Even better, it can unblock Netflix. But it's not as reliable as our top 10 recommended VPNs, since the speeds were slow and the quality was poor.
Streaming – Does PureVPN Work wi...
3 years as a customerBeen using Pure VPN for 3 years without any issues. I always disable auto-renew and buy a year's deal on discount at around £12 for the year. These deals can be found on many deals sites if you look around. Speeds are fine at around 2 thirds of my unconnected speeds testing from UK based servers and neighboring countries servers. I don't connect to far-reaching countries so can't comment on the connection speeds. Only had to use the support once and within 5 minutes my issue was resolved. Android app is a bit clunky compared to the likes of the top 10 but at £12 for a year I can't complain. Suffices my torrent and streaming needs to keep my activities hidden from my ISP. Note, I do not use their streaming profile as PPTP uses RC4 and is not secure enough to hide your activities. Always best to be safe!

Buggy VPN, No Customer SupportTheir customer service just opens tickets but does not resolve your issues. Make false promises they can't keep. They do not refund your money despite a 30-day money-back guarantee. There are many options out there. Do not settle for Purevpn.

PureVPN offers reliable access to international versions of Netflix, whereas ProXPN is blocked. In addition to a 24/7 customer helpline and a high-speed service, it uses a smart process called split tunneling which allows you to be seen as coming from, for example, Canada for one website and Norway for another at the same time. It also offers a kill switch for any unforeseen disconnections. Going by this, it is clear that PureVPN is the runaway winner between the two.
Interestingly, if you compare PureVPN with Keepod, which is our top ranked vpn, you'll see that PureVPN can learn a lot from Keepod. Compare PureVPN with Keepod
