ZenMate is a simple and user-friendly VPN. It will protect you at home and when using public WiFi. It has an extensive server network, with servers optimized for P2P and streaming services like Netflix, BBC iPlayer, and Disney+. ZenMate can lure you with its competitive prices, especially for long-term plans. It offers a 30-day money-back guarantee to try it out. There is also a business offer...

Good experience

No matter your location, using a VPN is important for your online security. I got ZenMate for exactly ... that and I am satisfied with it, especially when it constantly improves its service. Customer support helped me so much and I just wanted to say that I've asked for their help a few times. And every time the support was respectful and fast in their response time. Keep it up!More

ZenMate iPlayer

Although ZenMate has a dedicated server for BBC iPlayer it does not work. I contacted ZenMate support ... about this. They said they knew and are fixing it. One month later it still does not work. I cannot recommend ZenMate for BBC iPlayer. I switched to ExpressVPN as a result.More

Founded in 2012, Bulgaria-based VPN provider, VPNArea, may be relatively new in the market, but it sure is a worthy contender in the industry. Owned by Offshore Security EOOD, VPNArea boasts of 100 server locations spread out in 50 countries around the world. Incredibly, their day-to-day servers are based in Switzerland which has strong privacy laws to protect user data. A look at their Linked...

Reliable for more about 2 years

Works for every VPN need I had (including Netflix US sometimes). I also needed support once and receiv... ed useful answers. In a nutshell I can recommend the service for people like me that use a VPN occasionally. I have not been disappointed in the last 2 years.More

Dodgy, unscrupulous, does not work

Do not trust this company! They will change the terms of service on you (which is well within their...  rights) but not bother to inform you once you're a paying member and locked in. Charged my account for another year's subscription without notifying me or my consent. When I reached out to customer service I got some generic responses and then they stopped responding. Also has never worked with Netflix on any of their 'dedicated Netflix' servers so it's not even useful. Basically don't trust this company with your internet privacy, let alone your payment details because they are dodgy.More

The Bottom Line

Final Verdict An affordable VPN with many good features, but limitations, too. It is suitable for torrenting and unblocking many streaming services. It is user-friendly and has a decent network size. On the one hand, ZenMate lacks some privacy and advanced security options, but it has some useful tools, like its kill switch, malware blocker, and tracker protection. ZenMate doesn’t work in China. It is best for Windows users and still needs lots of improvements to reach the top. Reliably unblocks Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, and other popular streaming platforms 4,100 servers in 80 locations Unlimited simultaneous device connections P2P-friendly Offers a 30-day money-back guarantee Get started with Zenmate VPN now FAQs on ZenMate Is ZenMate safe? It is safe, but there are safer options available. ZenMate uses the OpenVPN protocol to encrypt and secure your online activity, but it is only available for Windows, Android, and Linux.
